ich möchte dieses Zimmer meiner 3-Zimmer-Wohnung untervermieten. Die Wohnung wurde im April 2018 komplett saniert. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet, Schrank, Bett und Couch sind vorhanden. Die Küche verfügt über eine hochwertige Einbauküche mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Speisekammer und Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Bad (mit Fenster) verfügt über eine Dusche und Badewanne!

I am offering a room in my shared 3-room flat. The flat is located in the top floor and was renewed in April 2018. The room will be rented with a wardrobe, bed and couch. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher and washing machine. The spacious bathroom has a shower and bathtub.
Die Margaretenstraße liegt am südlichen Ende des Stadtteils Eimsbüttel und grenzt direkt an die Sternschanze.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Rewe, etwas entfernt ein Penny und ein LIDL, in der Sternschanze warten Bars, Restaurants und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs.
Durch 2 Minuten Fußmarsch erreicht ihr den S- und U-Bahnhof Sternschanze (S11, S21, S31, U3) sowie nach 10 Minuten Fußweg die U-Bahnhöfe Christuskirche (U2) und Schlump (U2, U3). Innerhalb weniger Minuten seid ihr somit mitten in der Stadt (Hauptbahnhof).
Sternschanze -> Hauptbahnhof = 8 Minuten
Sternschanze -> Altona= 11 Minuten

Margaretenstraße is located in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel on the corner to Sternschanze. It is a quite street, everything you need is close to the flat: supermarkets (Penny, Rewe, LIDL), restaurants, pharmacy, bakery.
After 2 minutes walking you will reach the S- and U-Bahn station Sternschanze (lines S11, S21, S31, U3) or after 10 minutes walking U-Bahn stations Christuskirche (U2) andSchlump (U2, U3). Within a few minutes you can reach the town centre (main station).

Sternschanze -> Altona= 11 Minutes
Solltest du eine Party-WG suchen, wirst du hier leider nicht glücklich. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig, daher sollten wir die Nerven unserer Nachbaren nicht unnötig strapazieren :) Wichtig ist, dass wir uns zusammen wohlfühlen und ein gutes Gefühl miteinander haben.
Sauberkeit und Ordnung wird natürlich immer geschätzt. Notwendige Aufgaben werden erkannt und proaktiv gelöst (Müll rausbringen etc.) :)

if you are searching for a Party flat, you won't be happy here. The house is very calm, therefore we shouldn't stretch our neighbour's patience :) most important is that we get along with each other.
Order and cleanliness are always appreciated :)
