Hey, ich bin Peter, 21 Jahre alt und suche für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Eimsbüttel demnächst eine Mitbewohnerin / einen Mitbewohner.
Hier einmal ein paar facts zur Wohnung und zu mir.
Das angebotene Zimmer (Zimmer 2 bei den Fotos) hat einen kleinen Balkon und wir von mir momentan als Schlafzimmer genutzt. Die ganze Wohnung wurde Anfang 2020 saniert.
Das komplette Bad und die Küche sind neu. Das Zimmer ist zum Teil bereits möbliert (Schlafsofa und Schrank). Durch die hohen Decken und großen Fenster in jedem Raum ist die Wohnung sehr hell. Außerdem gehört ein Abstellraum auf dem Boden dazu. Aktuell bin ich dabei meinen Bachelor fertigzustellen und arbeite auch sehr viel. Im Moment natürlich beides sehr viel von zuhause.
Eine kleine Formalie zum Schluss: ohne Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft läuft leider nix, sorry. Achso und weil das oft gefragt wird: die angegebene Miete in Höhe von 500,00€ ist übrigens all inclusive, also schon inkl. ALLER Nebenkosten die man sich so vorstellen kann.
