The room is 12 square meters and has a large window facing the inner court where also the common garden is. So, it is very quiet thruoghout the day.
The room is partly furnished with the bed in the picture and it has a lot of space in the drawers underneath. The house consists of a nice kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and three single bedrooms.
You are going to live with Laura and Merle. Laura is the main tenant and studies medicine. She likes gardeining and to cook. Merle is a kindergarden teacher and just moved to Hamburg. Both are german and speak english very well.
The room is available for the next one month and a half :)
The apartment is located in the heart of Eimsbuttel. It is very close to the bus station Goebenstrasse, where you can take the 20, 25 and Schulweg where you can take the number 4.
Plus, the apartment is only 10 minutes walk to the U3 station Hoeluftbruke. Osterstrasse is also extremly close, and you can reach a Penny in 5 minutes and a Budni. The backery Die kleine konditorei" that has the best Frantzbrotchen in Hamburg is 15 minutes away from you!
You are going to live in a relaxed apartment, where it's nice to stay together and have a glass of wine (but not forced on anybody, personal space is also important) :)
The normal rules of living togheter are very important. Everyone tides and celans up. Is important to respect the others and the live in peace.
The base rent is 510 per month.
