CIAO :)
I’m going back home for the Christmas holidays and I would like to rent my room (mid December-mid January) to someone who is looking for a temporary accommodation in the beautiful city of Hamburg.
The flat is 55 m² and there’s a fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with a shower, a cozy living room with dining table, a sofa and a projector to watch movies, and then there are 2 bedrooms, one with the balcony (to be rented) and in the other one lives my flatmate Noa.
The room to rent is around 12 m², it has a cute little balcony and it is facing south so it has direct light (whenever the sun is shining in Hamburg). There is a bed 140x200, a desk and a closet. Of course there are all my belongings but I will do my best to leave you some space to place your things.
I care a lot about my flat and the things I have inside so I would really appreciate to find someone who is respectful, clean and ordered. If you think that this offer is the right one for you send me a message and tell me something about you. I will be happy to make an appointment to show you the flat and getting to know you, either in person or in a videocall if you are far away.
The location is Methfesselstraße in between Lappenbergsallee and Rellinger Str. in Eimsbüttel.
The closest U2 station is Lutterothstrasse, 7 min walk and S3/S21 Langenfelde 9 min walk.
The bus station Sartoriusstraße(line 4) is at not even 1 min walk.
The street in itself is mainly residential but all around you can find whatever you need: Supermarket, Cafe', Restaurants, Post office...Osterstrasse is also quite close.
I’m Laura, 33, Italian, Landscape Architect and I got to know Noa, my flatmate, renting a room for only a month in her former WG last year. We enjoyed so much living together that we ended up moving in together in this flat, so I can just recommend her as a great flatmate…!
During the Christmas holidays she will be also going away for around 10 days but, for the rest, she will be your flatmate and it is important that you will get along well.
So let me introduce Noa:
Noa (pronomen she/her) is studying medicine at the UKE and have been living in Hamburg for 3 years. She is both Spanish (grow up in Galicia) and German and has been living in Germany for almost 8 years, most of that time in Berlin, where she studied biology. Due to her studies and job she is quite busy, therefore she appreciates even more to come home and feel comfortable. She is very easygoing and she likes to to share the flat in an uncomplicated way (respecting each other and the common spaces, cleaning turns, etc…). She is very sociable and always up for talking or doing activities together, of course if the other person enjoys it too, it’s not a must!
