18sqm room equal cut, very sunny and quiet with a view to the beautiful gardens of the neighbours. Whether furnished or without furniture, everything is possible.
The flat has 63sqm on 3 rooms. The kitchen is very cosy and everything is available. The bathroom is super small, but it's enough. The third room has a balcony with a view of the street. The flat is sunny and the neighbourhood is super friendly.

Das Zimmer hat 18qm gleichmässig geschnitten, ist hell und ruhig mit Blick auf die wunderschönen Gärten der Nachbarn. Ob möbliert oder ohne Möbel, das ist momentan noch offen.
Die Wohnung hat 63qm auf 3 Zimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist super klein, reicht aber völlig aus. Das dritte Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße. Die Wohnung ist hell und die Nachbarschaft ist super liebenswert.
Osterstrasse is really close and has everything you might need. You can find every kind of shop, the closer u-bahn station is 5 min from here. It is a very nice location, mostly families live here. If you want to enjoy the sun in the nearest park is just 2 min walk away.

I am currently work mainly in my home office. I live in my shared flat for 8 years and am looking forward to a nice new flatmate. For me, my friends are super important and I have an affinity for gastronomy. You can feel comfortable in the WG, whether quietly or on a nice WG evening in the kitchen with beer or wine.
