Hallo zusammen! Freies Zimmer mit Balkon ist von Mitte Juni bis Mitte Septmber verfügbar. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, im Moment (wie auf den Fotos gezeigt) ist nur ein Bett vorhanden, aber neue Möbel (ein Schreibtisch und eine Schublade) werden bald in das Zimmer kommen. Das Bett kann als Einzelbett oder Kingsize-Bett genutzt werden (das liegt an Ihnen) und direkt angeschlossen ist ein Balkon. Das Zimmer ist nach Südwesten ausgerichtet, so dass es viel Sonne gibt, die ab 11:00 Uhr eintrifft. Die Wohnung hat auch ein Wohnzimmer, das die Größe des Zimmers ausgleicht. Das Zimmer ist ruhig, da es zur Innenseite des Gebäudes hin liegt.
Der Preis für das Zimmer beträgt 500 Euro alles inklusive.

Hello everyone! Free room with balcony is available from the middle of June to the middle of Septmber. The room is furnished, at the moment (as showed in the photos) only a bed is present but new furniture (a desk and a drawer) will soon enter the room. The bed can be used as single bed or king size (that's up to you) and directly connected is balcony. The room faces sud-west so there is plenty of sun which arrives from 11:00 oclock. The flat presents as well a living a room which make up for the size of the room. The room is quite since it gives to the inner side of the building.
The price for the room is 550 euro all inclusive.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Eimsbüttel ganz in der Nähe von Eppendorf, die Lage ist ideal für Arbeitnehmer/Studenten des UKE, aber dank der Nähe der Buslinie (2 Minuten zu Fuß) und der U-Bahn (10 Minuten zu Fuß) ist bequem für viele Bereiche der Stadt. In der Nähe finden Sie das Generalesviertel, eine nette Gegend mit Geschäften und Cafés und auch die Osterstraße, die aus den gleichen Gründen berühmt ist.

The flat is located in Eimsbuttel very close to Eppendorf, the location is ideal for workers/students of the UKE but thanks to the vicinity of the bus line (2 minutes walking) and U-bahn (10 minutes walking) is comfortable for many areas of the city. Nearby you can find the generalesviertel, a nice area with shops and cafes and as well Osterstrasse, famous for the same reasons.
Mein Name ist Fabio, ich bin 28 Jahre alt und bin Postdoc bei DESY. Ursprünglich sollten in der Wohnung ich und Isabel (meine Freundin) leben, aber da sie für 3 Monate weggeht, haben wir beschlossen, das Zimmer zu mieten.
Ich bin ein easy going Person, ich mag Harmonie zwischen den Menschen, so werde ich nie Drama machen. Ich lebte in Wohngemeinschaften vor, so bin ich daran gewöhnt, Mitbewohner haben. Ich mag kochen und ich bin eine soziale Person. Ich mag auch in meiner freien Zeit in Bars mit Freunden und besuchen Kunstausstellungen, Konzerte und was auch immer coolen Veranstaltung. Da ich in Vollzeit arbeite, werde ich erst nach 18 Uhr zu Hause sein, so dass mein Mitbewohner idealerweise während der Woche vermeiden sollte, in der Wohnung hart zu feiern. Ich freue mich aber auch auf gemeinsame Unternehmungen.

I am an easy going person, I like harmony between people so I will never make drama. I lived in flatshares before so I am used to have flatmates. I like to cook and I am a social person. I like as well in my free time to in bars with friends and attend art exhibitions, concerts and whatever cool event. Since I work full time I will be home only after 18 so ideally my flatmate should avoid during the week to party hard in the flat. I am as well looking forward to hangout and do nice things together.
