We are looking for a nice, clean and respectful flatmate.
The apartment is located near Lutterothstraße U2 station (Eimsbüttel). The grocery stores are in a max range of 10 min walking (Penny, Edeka, Rewe) and also not so far from many restaurants and coffee shops (Osterstraße).
We shared the bathroom so a tidy and clean person is a MUST. We have a weekly schedule when the common areas must be cleaned (kitchen, bathroom, hallway). Unfortunately, we don't have a living room but we can always share a drink in this vibrant area. We are both learning German, so you should speak English.
The minimum stay is six months.
This is not a party flat share.
