Ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin, da die Derzeitige per 24.09. ausziehen wird. Hierbei handelt es sich um 1 kleines gemütliches Zimmer ca. 9 qm. Die Wohnung liegt eine Busstation von der U-Bahnstation Fuhlsbüttel, bzw. 5 Min. Fussweg von der S-Bahn Airport entfernt.
Da es eine Nebenstr. ist, ist hier Anwohnerparken möglich! Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4 Zimmer. Eine kleine Küche mit Herd, WaMa und Kühlschrank, sowie ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne. VDSL und Telefon sind vorhanden, (VDSL-Flatrate). Ein Router ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich bin im Vertriebsinnendienst für Computertraining tätig, Kartfahrer und trinke gerne auch ein Gläschen Wein. Aus diesem Grund auch keine Lust auf eine reine Zweck-WG. Höre am liebsten Radio Hamburg.

Optimale Verkehrsanbindung. Kurzer Weg (5 Min) zum Airport bzw. S-Bahn. Eine Busstation von der U-Bahn Fuhlsbüttel entfernt. Innerhalb von ungefähr 20 Min. Fahrzeit bist Du schon im Zentrum.
Zur Autobahn A7 eine Fahrzeit von ca. 10 Min, sofern mal die Baustellen fertig sind. Zur A1 Richtung Ostssee benötigst Du gute 30 Min.
