Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um einen Erstbezug (2015) nach Komplettsanierung. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, da sie sehr lichtdurchflutet ist. Außerdem haben wir hier eine sehr gute und hilfsbereite Nachbarschaft, was das wohnen sehr angenehm macht.
Schreib mir gerne zwei, drei Zeilen zu deiner Person und auch natürlich, wenn du Fragen hast. Ich bin mir sehr sicher, dass wir sehr gut miteinander auskommen werden.
The apartment is a first-time occupation (2015) after a complete renovation. The apartment is very bright, as it is flooded with light. Furthermore, we have an excellent and helpful neighbourhood, which makes a living here very pleasant.
Feel free to write me two or three lines about yourself and of course if you have any questions. I am very sure that we will get along very well with each other.
Die Lage ist abgesehen vom Flughafen äußerst ruhig, jedoch mit guter Anbindung zum öffentlichen Personennahverkehr (Bushaltestelle 200m). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls eine Menge in der Nähe, z.B. Edeka (400m), Budni (450m), Aldi (500m) und Rewe (1,1 km). Die Umgebung ist u.a. durch beruhigte Straßen und eine große Kleingartenanlage in der Nähe gekennzeichnet, in welcher man schön spazieren gehen kann.
Apart from the airport, the location is tranquil, but with good connections to public transport (bus stop 200m). There are also a lot of shopping possibilities nearby, e.g. Edeka (400m), Budni (450m), Aldi (500m) and Rewe (1,1 km). The surroundings are characterized by quiet streets and a large allotment garden nearby, where you can take a nice walk.
Du würdest 1,5 Zimmer bekommen. Das große ist 14,2 m² groß und das kleine ist 6 m² groß. Ich könnte dir anbieten, dass große Doppelbett im großen Zimmer abzubauen und dir ein einfaches Bett in dein kleines Zimmer zu stellen. Somit könntest du das kleine Zimmer effektiv als Schlafzimmer nutzen und hättest genügend Platz für ein Arbeitszimmer oder ein Zimmer zum Aufhalten/Wohlfühlen. In deinem Zimmer steht bereits ein Schreibtisch und ein Stuhl (und natürlich ein Bett mit Nachtschrank). Außerdem ist auch noch ein Sofasessel vorhanden. Um einen Kleiderschrank müsstest du dich allerdings selbst kümmern. Gerne helfe ich dir beim Kauf mit dem Tragen und später mit dem Aufbauen.
You would get 1.5 rooms. The big one is 14,2 m², and the small one is 6 m². I could offer you to remove the big double bed in the big room and put a simple bed in your small room. So you could effectively use the small room as a bedroom and have enough space for your study or a room to relax. In your room, there is already a desk and a chair (and of course a bed with a nightstand). There is also a sofa chair available. However, you would have to take care of a closet. I would be happy to help you with the purchase (i.e. the carrying) of the closet and later with the assembly.
