This is a 3 story house (3 floors)
The room is on the 2nd floor with its own bathroom. You will only share the bathroom with one other tenant. There’s another bathroom on the 3rd floor as well. And one guest bathroom on the 1st floor.
The room is very spacious and clean with wallpapers. Comes with a queen sized bed, bed sheets, wardrobe, a desk, a chair, cupboard, carpet and a night stand. The view from the window is amazing in the morning with the sun shining through. ☀️
There’s a coffee setup/table right outside the house to enjoy a nice breeze.
There’s a spacious BBQ area at the front of the house to enjoy the nice weather of Hamburg during Spring.
There’s a big mall right next door within a 5-10 minute walk or 1-minute bus ride.
There’s an Aldi and Lidl also right across the street.
Three bus stations in front of the house. A flea market takes place every Saturday or Monday right next to Aldi!
The house is located in a very friendly and clean neighborhood close to everything and with amazing and outgoing roommates! 😊

Die Seestraße ist im Stadtteil Groß Flottbek und verkehrsgünstig gut gelegen. Jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Nähe zum Elbe-Einkaufszentrum und Flottbeker Wochenmarkt. Mehrere Parks und die Elbe nicht weit entfernt.
