weil mein Untermieter Anfang Oktober in eine eigene Wohnung zieht, suche ich nun eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock eines Neubaus mit Aufzug, nur 100 m vom Elbe-Einkaufszentrum entfernt. Dort kann man selbstverständlich alles kaufen. Mehrere Buslinien verkehren in unmittelbarer Nähe und die S Klein Flottbek ist nur 1 km entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, die Wohnung funktional eigerichtet.
Mit meinem bisherigen Untermieter hatte ich eher eine Zweck-WG, wenn sich aber ein nettes Miteinander ergibt, bin ich auch offen. Ich selbst bin ein ruhiger, ordentlicher und rücksichtsvoller Mitbewohner und das erwarte ich auch von dir. 😉 Ich arbeite in Vollzeit und bin daher oft auch nicht da.
Und klar: Du bekommst einen Untermietvertag und kannst dich offiziell anmelden.
Ich bemühe mich, alle ernsthaften Anfragen zu beantworten, aber bitte habe Verständnis, dass ich vielleicht nicht antworte, wenn es einfach zu viele Anfragen gibt.
