Das helle Zimmer ist 20 m² groß und im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Haus liegt ruhig und grün in Groß-Flottbek.
Im Keller befindet sich ein großer Hobbyraum, ein gut nutzbarer Fahrradkeller und ein Wäsche Trockenraum.
Eine Waschmaschine wird von mir gestellt.
Die licht durchflutete Wohnung ist gut für eine WG geschnitten und das Zimmer befindet sich neben der großen Küche auf der anderen Seite des Flurs (siehe Grundriss). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (+Spülmaschine, Ofen/Herd), gut geschnitten und bietet viel Arbeitsfläche.
Eine 7,4m2 große Terrasse ist ebenso gemeinsam nutzbar.
Das ganze Haus ist ein Nichtraucherhaus und ich vermiete nur an Nichtraucher.
Für mich ist ein freundliches und wertschätzendes Zusammenleben wichtig. Ich fokussiere mich auf mein Medizinstudium (UMCH Universität) und brauche Abends nach der Uni oft meine Ruhe.
Das Zimmer wird teil-möbliert oder nicht möbliert vermietet - die Internetkosten betragen 25€ / Monat zusätzlich zu den Nebenkosten, in denen der Strom enthalten ist.
Drei Busse befinden sich direkt vor der Haustüre, bis zur S-Bahn Klein Flottbek sind es ca. 4 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und 3 Bushaltestellen.

The bright room is 20 m² in size and on the ground floor of an apartment building. The house is quiet and green in Groß-Flottbek.
In the basement there is a large hobby room, a bicycle cellar and a laundry drying room.
A washing machine will be provided.
The light-flooded flat is well cut for a shared flat and the room is located next to the large kitchen on the other side of the hallway (see floor plan). The kitchen is fully equipped (+dishwasher, oven/stove), well cut and offers plenty of work space.
A 7.4m2 terrace is also shared.
The whole house is a non-smoking house and I only rent to non-smokers.
For me, a friendly and appreciative coexistence is important. I focus on my medical studies (at UMCH university) and often need my peace and quiet in the evenings after university.
The room is rented partially furnished or non-furnished - the internet costs are 25€ / month in addition to the additional fees, which include electricity.
Three buses are right outside the front door, and it is about 4 minutes by bike to the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station and 3 bus stops.

Drei Busse befinden sich direkt vor der Haustüre, bis zur S-Bahn Klein Flottbek sind es ca. 4 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und 3 Bushaltestellen. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein großer Park mit Trainingsmöglichkeit. Das Haus ist von grün umgeben und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. 250m entfernt ist das Elbe Einkaufszentrum und mehrere Universitäten. Ich gehe auf die UMCH Medizin Universität.
