Das Zimmer ist das größte hier in der Wohnung und hat 20qm, Holzdielen... Altbau halt!
Die Miete für das Zimmer ist ab dem neuen Jahr ca 460€ und leider befristet bis Ende 2025, da müssen wir alle aus der Wohnung sein.
Wir suchen eigentlich ab sofort, aber du kannst dir auch bis 18.03.24 oder 01.04.24 Gedanken machen, bei uns einzuziehen.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ziemlich gut gelegen.
Mönckebergstraße ist in Sichtweite, U-Bahn Meßberg ist ca 4 min zu Fuss, Ebenso U-3, Rathausmarkt und HBF sind auch innerhalb 3-10 min zu erreichen.
Direkt vor unserer Haustür fahren die Busse 16, 17, X3, 3, 4, 5 und Rathausmarkt alle Nachtbusse aus Hamburg, falls es mal spät wird (:

Ich bin Gildo , der Hauptmieter unserer WG und wir suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in.
Wir sind insgesamt 4 Personen, Laura, Mary und ich.
Wir sind alle Berufstätig und/oder studieren, ich bin selbständig als Foto-/Videograf und oft unterwegs, daher kann es auch mal sein, dass Du die Wohnung ganz für dich alleine hast (:
Unsere WG hat eigentlich alles, was man braucht, insgesamt 2 WC´s, eins davon mit Bad, eine Abstellkammer, Kellerabteil, Spül- und Waschmaschine. Dein Zimmer ist zum Domplatz hin mit Aussicht auf die Grünfläche.
