DE: Es geht hier um zwei Zimmer! Das große verfügt über 1 großes Fenster, ist sonnig und hell und mit weißen Farbtönen möbliert. In dem Zimmer befindet sich ein großer Ecksofa mit Bettfunktion, der ganz bequem zum Schlafen ist (habe ich mehrmals ausprobiert :p). Für weiter Infos zur Einrichtung siehe Fotos! :) In dem kleineren Zimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett mit Kommode, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel, alles was man braucht. Es gibt ein Balkon in der Küche zur gemeinsame Nutzung und ein Garten im EG.
EN: Two separate rooms are available for you here. The big one has a big window, it is sunny and bright and is furnished in white tones. There is a big Sofa Bed for you (veery very comfortable to sleep - i have tried it many times :p ). Please see Fotos for more info regarding furnishing and setup! :) In the smaller room there is a double bed , a closet, mirror and generally everything you would need. There is a balcony in the kitchen and a garden in the ground floor to be used by all neighbours.

DE: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer tolle Lage, Winterhude ist einer der schönsten Stadtteile, finde ich, neben Stadtpark (Planetarium)! Die Außenalster, Rewe, Lidl, Winterhuder Marktplatz, Fitnessstudio und verschiedene Bars und Restaurants (Mühlenkamp) sind in 10 Minuten oder weniger zu erreichen!
EN: The apartment is located in an amazing area, one of the most beautiful in Hamburg I believe, next to the Planetarium in the Stadtpark. The Alster-Lake, Supermarkets, Winterhuder Marktplatz, Gyms and various Bars and Restaurants (Mühlenkamp) kann be reached within 10 Minutes or less.

DE: Du wirst mit meiner nette jetzige Mitbewohnerin wohnen, da ich einige Zeit nicht hier sein werde. Sie steht für Besichtigung-Termine zur Verfügung und freut sich nette Menschen kennen zu lernen. Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der gemeinsame Räume sind in der Wohnung wichtig für ein ruhiges zusammenwohnen :)
EN: You would live with my current Flatmate, since I will not be here for a while. She is the sweetest person and is ready to arrange apartment-viewings meet nice people. Cleanliness and order in the common spaces is important so that life in the apartment is pleasant for both roommates :)
DE: Zu der Wohnung allgemein: Eine gemeinsame Küche mit nettem Balkon, Bad mit Badewanne und kleiner Abstellraum im Flur ist in der Wohnung zu Verfügung. Fahrrad kann man in Kellergeschoss abstellen oder auch vor der Eingangstür auf der Wiese. Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller in einem gut belüftetem Raum.
EN: General info regarding the apartment: The kitchen has a lovely Balcony that overlooks the lawn-garden at the entrance. The bathroom has a bathtub and there is a small storeroom in the hall. Bicycles can be brought into the basement (just a couple of steps) or they can be locked on the parking spaces on the lawn area in front of the entrance door. The washing machine is in the Basement and there is a big room to hang your clothes to dry.
