da es mich für mein Studium nach Berlin zieht suche ich nach einem Nachmieter für mein gemütliches Zimmer in Hamburg Nettelnburg. Das Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und durch die großen Fenster super hell.
Die Wohung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche und auch sonst alles was man braucht :blush: Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind sehr entspannt und immer für einen schnack zu haben.

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: Nur 17 minuten mit der S2 oder S21 und du bist schon direkt im Zentrum am Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Direkt vor der Türe gibt es eine Track der sich super für Sport eignet (Joggen/Mountainbiking). Lidl, Rewe und eine Tankstelle sind nur ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig.

Location is just perfect: only 17 mins with S2 or S21 to the Hamburg central station. There is a very nice track for outdoor sports (running, cycling, skating) 3 mins away. S-Bahn station is just 5 mins away walking distance and there’s Lidl, Rewe Express and 24/7 patrol station just 3 mins away from the house! It is a very calm neighborhood.
Du wirst mit Ekim und Denis zusammen wohnen. Ekim arbeitet gerade, Denis macht eine Ausbildung. Wir kochen gerne zusammen und trinken am Abend auch mal ein Bierchen.

You will be living with Ekim and Denis, two chill flatmates that are very nice to hangout with. Ekim is currently working while Denis is doing an ausbildung. They are always free for chatting in the kitchen and cooking together if you would like so! Of course you would have your privacy and can retrieve in your room whenever you want.
Preis: 400€ warm (Wasser, Strom, Internet inclusive) + 450€ Kaution. Die Möbel im Zimmer (großes Bett, Tisch, gemütlicher Stuhl, Schränk etc.) können für 400€ (VB) übernommen werden.
Wen wir Suchen:
Eine/n nette, entspannte und ordentliche/n Mitbewohner/in mit Deutsch-Kenntinissen.
