Die Miete (Warm) beträgt 400 Euro pro Monat inklusive Nebenkosten und Internet. Sie müssen eine rückzahlbare Anzahlung von 800 Euro leisten. Als Mieter wäre eine einzelne Frau.
Mehrere Bushaltestellen sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermärkte (Real / Lidl / Aldi), Rossmann, Bank-ATM, Apotheke, Restaurants sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar).

I am currently looking for a tenant to share a room in my 3 room apartment located in Hamburg Lurup (Luruperhauptstraße). I currently live alone and looking for a tenant (only female) to rent one of the rooms (around 18 sqm).
City Registration would be possible. The apartment is available to be rented immediately. It is a furnished apartment with all the necessary equipment (See the attached photos).
The rent (Warm) is 400 euros per month including utility and internet. You must pay a refundable deposit of 800 euros. As a tenant, a single person (only female) would be ideal (no pets are allowed).
