wir sind Linus (28) und Mona (28) und vermieten ein Zimmer bei uns unter. Unsere Freundin mit der wir vorher zusammen gewohnt haben zieht jetzt leider in eine andere Stadt, weshalb wir Nachmieter*innen suchen. Kurz zu uns: Wir sind ein Paar und haben aber keine Lust im klassischen Sinne zu zweit zu wohnen, wir studieren beide jetzt im 3. Semester und waren beide zu vor berufstätig, Linus als Schifffahrtskaufmann und Mona als Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin.
Wir suchen nach einem netten Menschen der gerne ohne Zweck WG mit uns wohnen würde. Aufgrund der Tatsache das Mona ab April für drei Monate nach Lesbos geht um dort ehrenamtlich zu arbeiten, suchen wir zu nächst eine zwischen Mieter*in ab April für die drei Monate, falls das gut passt können wir das aber auch gerne verlängern (wenn wir wieder zu dritt wohnen, würde die Miete natürlich auch gedrittelt werden). Unsere Wohnung ist 60 Quadratmeter groß und wir haben ein Wohnzimmer was allen zu Verfügung steht. Dein Zimmer hätte ca. 11qm und das Wohnzimmer ca. 13 qm. Du zahlst 525 € und ab Juli wären es dann 359 € , zusätzlich müssten wir Kaution in Höhe von 780 € verlangen was wir natürlich Vertraglich festhalten und Du bei Auszug sofort zurück erhältst.

Moin,
we are Linus and Mona and want to subrent one room in our appartement. Our current Roomate is unfortunately moving to a different city and we therefore are looking for a new one.
We are a couple and we are both studying in the third semester and have previously been working, Linus in shipping and Mona as a Nurse.
As Mona will do voluntary work in Lesbos for three month, we want to subrent the room for three month as of april, if it works out well, we could also prolong the rent. The Apartment has 60 sqm, your room is 11 sqm big but also has a shared living room (around13 sqm).
As the rent would be shared, it is 525€ for each of us plus a deposit of 780€, which you will have back immediately after moving out. Once Mona is back the rent woud obviously be 359 each.

Die Wohnung ist in Hamburg Altona ruhig gelegen, aber Schanze, St.Pauli und Ottensen sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der Bahnhof Altona und S-Holstenstraße sind circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The appartement is located in Hamburg Altona in a quiet neighbourhood, but Schanze, St. Pauli and Ottensen are with in a walking distance.
Central Stationa Altona and Holstenstraße Station are aroud 10 minutes away.
Die ersten drei Monat wohnst du nur mit Linus zusammen.

Sonst gucke ich gerne Fußball, mache ab und an Sport, gehe mit Freunden was trinken. Das übliche würde ich sagen.
