On request our roommate´s the closet and dresser might be up for sale.
The rent already includes everything (electricity, water, heating costs, Rundfunkbeitrag, internet).

From the flat you only need ca. 10 minutes to the U-Bahn station "Burgstraße" by foot, which is only two stations away from the main train station.
Also the S-Bahn stop "Landwehr" is only 10 minutes away.

mein Name ist Dominik. Zusammen mit meiner Freundin Laura wohne ich seit mittlerweile 2 Jahren in der Wohnung.
Nachdem unsere derzeitige Mitbewohnerin leider Ende Mai auszieht, sind wir jetzt auf der Suche nach einem / einer netten Nachfolger*in.
Ich arbeite in einer Media-Agentur und meine Freundin ist, nachdem sie vor kurzem ihren Master in Politikwissenschaft abgeschlossen hat, gerade auf Jobsuche. Aufgrund der aktuellen Lage verbringen wir aktuell viel Zeit zu Hause (ich arbeite momentan auch im Home-Office), gehen sonst aber am Wochenende auch gerne in Restaurants, Kaffees oder auf Konzerte.
Wir sind tendenziell eher eine ruhige WG. Wir kochen gerne gemeinsam, spielen gemeinsam Brettspiele oder schauen abends zusammen Filme.

my name is Dominik. Together with my girlfriend Laura I have been living for round about two years in the flat.
Since our current flatmate unfortunately is gonna move out at the end of May, we are currently looking for a nice replacement for her.
I´m working in a media agency and Laura is currently looking for a job after finishing her master in Political Science. Due to the current situation we spend a lot of time at home (I´m also working from home currently), however we normally also like to go to restaurants, cafes or concerts on the weekend.
We are more of a quiet WG. We like to cook together, play boardgames or watch movies together in the evening.
