Das Zimmer ist groß und sehr hell mit einer großen Fensterfront, die sich perfekt für Pflanzen eignet. Im hinteren Teil des Zimmers befindet sich ein Podest für ein Hochbett oder eine Ablage (je nach Wunsch).
Die Wohnung selbst ist ebenfalls groß und hell, und hat eine gemeinsame Küche, ein Bad und ein Wohnzimmer, sowie eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler und WLAN. Das Gebäude liegt direkt am Kanal, so dass man vom Wohnzimmer aus einen tollen Blick aufs Wasser hat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Künstlerhaus Wendenstraße. An den Wochenenden finden ab und zu Veranstaltungen statt - in der Galerie unten und bei schönem Wetter auch draußen (Corona bedingt natürlich)

The room is large and very bright with large windows that cover one entire wall - perfect for plants. At the back of the room is a platform for a mezzanine/raised bed or storage (depending on your preference).
The flat itself is also large and bright, and has a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room, as well as a washing machine, dishwasher and WIFI. The building is right on the canal, so you have a great view of the water from the living room.
It is located in the Künstlerhaus Wendenstraße, so there are occasional events at the weekends, in the gallery downstairs and outside in nice weather (depending on Corona, of course).

As part of the Künstlerhaus, you are welcome to participate and suggest events for the programme, but this is not a must.
Es gibt sehr schnelle Verbindungen in die Innenstadt, und mit der Bahn ist man in 5 Min am Hauptbahnhof Hamburg.
Fußläufig zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln:
- 5 Min. zur S-Bahn Hammerbrook (S3, S31)
- 10 Min. zum Berliner Tor (S1, S11 S2, S 21 + U2, U3, U4)
In der Nähe gibt es auch mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Edeka und Budni
sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ein großer Real-Supermarkt ist in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Und in dringenden Fällen gibt es gleich um die Ecke eine 24 Stunden Tankstelle!
In der Nähe gibt es auch einige kleine Parks (z.B. Alster-Bille-Elbe) und für etwas Größeres braucht man nur 10 Min. mit dem Fahrrad zum Entenwerder Park.

There are very fast connections to the city centre, and with the train you can reach Hamburg main station within 5 minutes.
Walking distance to public transport:
- 5 min. walk to the Hammerbrook S-Bahn (S3, S31).
- 10 min. to Berliner Tor (S1, S11 S2, S 21 + U2, U3, U4)
There are also several supermarkets nearby. Edeka and Budni are only a 10-minute walk away, a big Real supermarket can be reached in 15 minutes. And for emergencies, there is a 24-hour petrol station just around the corner!
There are also some small parks nearby (e.g. Alster-Bille-Elbe) and for something bigger, it only takes 10 min by bike to Entenwerder Park.
In der WG leben aktuell zwei Frauen, eine Sprachlehrerin (Gigi) eine Filmemacherin (Kristina), und eine freundliche Katze (A-Li). Bei uns zu Hause ist die Atmosphäre entspannt - vielleicht mal ein gemeinsamer Kaffee am Morgen oder ein Abendessen, aber jede hat ihren eigenen Rhythmus (also ein typisches WG-Leben).
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer Mitbewohnerin 27+ Jahre Alt. Am Anfang bieten wir eine dreimonatige Mietzeit als Kennenlernphase an, um zu sehen, wie wir alle zusammenpassen, mit der Möglichkeit, dauerhaft zu bleiben.

Living in the WG at the moment are two women, a language teacher (Gigi), a filmmaker (Kristina), and one friendly cat (A-Li). We have a relaxed atmosphere at home - maybe coffee together in the morning or dinner in the evening sometimes, but each has their own rhythm (i.e. standard WG living).
We are looking for a flatmate aged 27+. In the beginning we are offering a 3 month rental as a getting-to-know each other period to see how we all fit together, with the possibility of making it permanent.
