Hallo! Ich werde für einen Monat verreisen und würde gerne mein Zimmer für diese Zeit zur Verfügung stellen. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12qm groß. Es ist möbliert. Sie haben ein Regal und einen Schrank für Ihre Kleidung und einen Schreibtisch. Das Bad ist neu, es wurde dieses Jahr erneuert.
Hello! I will travel for over a month and would like to make my room available for this time. The room is about 12sqm. It is furnished. You have a shelf and a closet for your clothes and a desk. The bathroom is new, it was renewed this year.
Zur TUHH sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, auch von Penny (Markt) und der S-Bahn-Station Heimfeld.
Die S-Bahn braucht 18 Minuten bis zum Hbf.
It is 5 minutes walking to the TUHH, also from Penny (Market) and the S-Bahn station of Heimfeld.
The Sbahn takes 18 minutes to get to the Hbf.
Wir sind zu dritt. Wenn ich die Zeit reise, sind meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen dabei. Unsere WG ist sehr unkompliziert. Wir sind meist berufstätig, d.h. wir gehen tagsüber unsere Wege und treffen uns abends gerne auf ein Glas Wein oder kochen in unserer Küche. Meine Mitbewohner Cesar (30) und Sharath(28) sind sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Du kannst dich wie zu Hause fühlen.

There are three of us. As I travel the time, my two roommates will be there. Our shared flat is very uncomplicated. Das Badezimmer ist neu, vor kurzem renoviert. Ich verlasse für einen Monat, aber wahrscheinlich werde ich einen anderen Ort zu finden, so gibt es eine Möglichkeit, dass dieses Zimmer könnte dauerhafte Miete sein, wenn es kein Problem in diesem Monat, nach Januar/Februar ist.
The bathroom is new, renovated recently. I leave for one month but probably I will find another place, so there is a possibility that this room could be permanent rent if there is no problem in that month, after January/February.
