The room has around 13 sqm and a nice big window.
The furniture includes a bed with under-bed storage, a wardrobe, a drawer, 3 long shelves, a desk and a chair. They can be either borrowed temporarily or bought off the previous tenant.

The WG is about 10 minutes away on foot from TU Hamburg, so it's ideal for students. There is a Penny supermarket 2 minutes away , an Edeka supermarket 6 minutes away and the Außenmühlenteich (lake) and its park are 8-10 minutes away. The bus stop is 2-3 minutes away and buses going to Harburg Center come frequently.

Die WG ist ca. 10 Gehminuten von der TU Hamburg entfernt,also ideal für Studenten. Ein Penny-Supermarkt ist 2 Minuten entfernt, ein Edeka-Supermarkt 6 Minuten und der Außenmühlenteich mit seinem Park ist 8-10 Minuten entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ist 2-3 Minuten entfernt und es kommen regelmäßig Busse, die ins Harburger Zentrum fahren.
The apartment is made of 3 rooms, one spacious kitchen, one bathroom and a small balcony. There is also a bicycle garage.
We like to occasionally hang out, eat and cook together, but we also respect privacy. Cleanliness is important for us and we keep a cleaning schedule, with weekly rotation.

Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einer geräumigen Küche, einem Badezimmer und einem kleinen Balkon. Außerdem gibt es eine Fahrradgarage.
Wir hängen gerne gelegentlich zusammen ab, essen und kochen zusammen, aber wir respektieren auch die Privatsphäre. Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig und wir halten einen Reinigungsplan ein, mit wöchentlicher Rotation.
