Welcome to the beautiful south of Hamburg in the Harburg hills! For our shared apartment we are looking for a roommate for the beautiful room number 5.
The shared apartment is characterized by its special location in a spacious two-family house directly on the Fischbeker Heide nature reserve. Some of the rooms have a shared or private balcony. You can park directly on the property.
The total of 6 lockable, modernly furnished rooms are generously distributed over three floors. The 3 bathrooms (one with a bathtub) are each used by MAX 2 people/bathroom. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor.
Outside there is a very large garden with loungers, chairs and bean bags (for grilling and relaxing, among other things) and its own forestry lounge (smart new garden house for relaxing and celebrating).

The house is in an idyllic, upscale residential area on a traffic-calmed street. After work, enjoy the view of the countryside or relax under oak trees in the hotel's own park-like garden. Save yourself the trouble of looking for a parking space and, if necessary, park directly in the free parking spaces on the property. Bicycles can be stored in a garage.
A short distance away are extensive shopping opportunities for daily needs and doctors (including REWE, Lidl, Aldi, Budni, Kaufland, etc.).
The S-Bahn station Neuwiedenthal offers an optimal connection to local public transport (walking time approx. 10 minutes/S-Bahn lines S3 / S31).

As soon as the temperatures permit, you can grill and relax in the garden. The beautiful garden house with lounge corner is also ideal for this.
The room is only rented to a maximum of one person. Of course, life partners/friends/family/etc. can come to visit and stay overnight!
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed - but of course they are allowed to visit 😊.
