Nestled in the pristine green southern Hamburg district of Heimfeld, our fully furnished and fully equipped 5-room maisonette is the perfect home for you to focus on you and experience human warmth and coziness alongside my five-year-old child and me (43), a yoga teacher, massage & wellness therapist, nutritionist and media executive.
You will have your own floor and exclusively enjoy:
• a beautiful bedroom (lockable with a key)
• a private home office (lockable with a key)
• your private washroom (located on the floor below)
• your own roof terrace (with exclusive and direct access from your bedroom and home office)
You will share 1 stunning, spacious eat-in kitchen and 1 bathroom/shower. There is a large basement room in case you wish to store bigger items. To the back of the apartment, you can gaze into the green gardens of the surrounding houses and observe squirrels and birds. To the front, you’re overlooking the quiet cobblestone street and the water playground surrounded by trees. From your own and exclusive roof terrace, you can overlook the canopy of trees, the neighborhood roofs and enjoy the sunset!
The maisonette was newly built in 2017 and is adorned by tropical plants. Your bedroom has a 1.30m x 2m bed with a soft topper for extra comfort, several pillows and covers. There are also various chests of drawers, shelves and a clothes rail to organize your personal belongings.
In your home office, there is a large height-adjustable electric desk, an ergonomic desk chair for optimal sitting position, an ergonomic floor mat and shelves for folders, books and documents.
In your private washroom, you will find a beautiful moroccan mirror inviting you to stay true to your dreams.
If your heart desires, you are welcome to share meals, laughter and specific festivities with us. At the same time, we fully respect and value our own and each other’s privacy.

A minimum rent of 2 months and a 1-month deposit is required to secure your place. Your rental contract can be extended upon mutual agreement. The desired date of commencement is October 1st, 2023. Females only.

The property is located in a lively area in the beautiful south of Hamburg.
Bus lines 142, 146 and 543 run nearby, the nearest S-Bahn station is „Heimfeld“.
There are various bakeries, supermarkets (Rewe, Penny, Edeka, Budnikowski), cafes, doctors and restaurants within walking distance.
The large forest "Harburger Berge" begins here, and you have countless choices for alternative green spaces and parks, gyms, two bars, two dry cleaners and a bookstore.
The pony ranch in "Meyers Park" is only 5 minutes away on foot, it only takes you 10 min by car to reach the beautiful game park "Wildpark Schwarze Berge" and the historic "Freilichtmuseum Kiekeberg" in Rosengarten, and the nature conservation area "Fishbeker Heide" with its seasonal lilac brushes is just a stone throw away.
I am a single mom and live in this beautiful maisonette with my five-year-old daughter. We have our routine by which we get ready for the day from 7am to 9am, and from 6pm to about 8pm we get ready for bed. From 8pm the house should then be reasonably quiet, so that a small child can fall asleep :) On weekends we make exceptions once in a while. Generally, we like it tidy and clean. Occasionally, I have a cleaning lady and a babysitter who could also look after several children.
