Die Wohnung im 2. Stock besteht aus vier grundsanierten Zimmern, von denen zwei ineinander übergehen, sowie Küche, Badezimmer, Abstellkammer.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 15 m2 groß und hat einen langen Balkon, der auf die Grünfläche hinter dem Haus geht. Neben Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Nachttisch gibt es einen Fernseher. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen, ebenso wie WLAN- Gebühren. Es fallen keine Kosten für Strom, Heizung, Wasser an.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet. Bad mit Badewanne.

The apartment on the 2nd floor consists of four completely renovated rooms, two of which merge into one another, as well as a kitchen, bathroom and storage room.
The room for rent is 15 m2 and has a long balcony that overlooks the green area behind the house. In addition to the bed, closet, desk, chair and bedside table, there is a television. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price, as are WiFi fees. There are no costs for electricity, heating or water to be paid.
There is a washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, microwave. The kitchen is fully furnished. Bathroom with bathtub.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, in 5 Minuten Entfernung zur S-Bahn Heimfeld, von der aus man (S3 oder S5) in 20 Minuten den Hamburger Hauptbahnhof erreicht. Die TU Hamburg ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Es gibt Läden für den täglichen Bedarf und Cafés sowie mehrere Parks und Grünflächen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

The house is located in a quiet side street, 5 minutes away from the Heimfeld S-Bahn, from which you can reach Hamburg Central Station in 20 minutes (S3 or S5). The TU Hamburg is only a few minutes away.
There are shops for everyday needs and cafés as well as several parks and green spaces in the immediate area.
Die beiden anderen sehr netten Mitbewohner:innen kommen aus Brasilien (kein Paar) und sprechen noch nicht gut deutsch aber gut englisch. Bruna studiert Internationel Business Management und Joao arbeitet an der TU Hamburg.
Über das WG-Leben kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich als Vermieterin nicht dort wohne. Ich gehe aber davon aus, dass hin und wieder gemeinsam gekocht und gegessen wird und dass gemeinsame Unternehmungen stattfinden.

The other two very friendly inhabitants come from Brazil (not a couple) and don't yet speak German well, but they speak English well. Bruna studies international business management and Joao works at the TU Hamburg.
I can't say much about living in this shared apartment because, as the landlady, I don't live there. But I assume that people cook and eat together every now and then and that they do things together.
Ich suche eine nette, unkomplizierte und vertrauenswürdige Person, die gut mit den beiden derzeitigen Mietern auskommt. Da das Zimmer ab August langfristig vermietet ist, steht es nur für 2 Monate zur Verfügung.
