I am looking for a sub tenant for my 13 m2 fully furnished room located in Gazertstraße, Heimfeld, 5 minutes walk to TUHH. The warm rent is 400€ per month (All inclusive). The room is available from 01.12.2020 until 01.03.2021. In case of long term rental the contract can be taken over from the beginning of March.
The room includes a double bed with mattress, a desk , a chair, a carpet and a wardrobe (All first time use from IKEA). It has a big window with good lighting and ventilation.
The apartment has a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven with stove and a fridge. It also has a washing machine placed in the bathroom.
The apartment is located in a nice and quiet location. The apartment is 5 minutes walk to Penny, S-bahn Heimfeld and the bus stop which goes to Harburg. Markets like Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Netto can be accessed easily in 10-15 minutes at Harburg Rathaus by walk. TUHH is also 5 minutes by walk. Plenty of restaurants are nearby.
The Apartment is shared by 3 people including myself. All of us are TUHH Masters students. We are quiet , relaxed ,friendly and open minded people. Since everybody works, the house is generally not occupied in the day time.
