Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und ca 16 qm groß. Es liegt zum Hinterhof und ist daher sehr schön ruhig und mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Wohnung selber ist im 3. OG und hat einen wunderschönen großen Balkon, sowie eine grosse Küche. Eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Hoheluft-West ca 1 km von der U-Bahn Hoheluftbrücke(U3) entfernt(10 min. zu Fuß) Die Buslinien 25, 20 und 5 sind in nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung finden sich zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants und auch die Schanze, sowie Eppendorf und Altona sind nicht weit entfernt.
Mein Mitbewohner ist beruflich viel unterwegs aber trinkt gerne mal ein Bierchen mit einem und ist auch sonst ein sehr offener und lustiger Mensch! Gegen ein gemeinsames chillen auf dem Balkon mit viel Sonne spricht also nichts.
Schreib mir gerne eine Nachricht in der du etwas zu dir erzählst und wer du so bist! Ein kürzerer Zeitraum als der genannte ist auch möglich. Bei Fragen stehe ich natürlich gerne zur Verfügung.
