Dein Zimmer befindet sich in einer drei Zimmer Wohnung. Es ist knapp 13 Quadratmeter groß und möbliert, mit allem, was man so braucht (Bett, Schrank und auch ein Schreibtisch). Durch die "Fenstertüren" ist es sehr hell und vor den Fenstern befindet sich noch ein kleines Geländer, sodass annäherndes Balkonfeeling entsteht.
Die geräumige Küche ist voll ausgestattet (inklusive Spülmaschine) und das größte Zimmer haben wir als Wohnzimmer auserkoren, sodass in der Wohnung insgesamt echt sehr viel Platz ist.
Auch das Wohnzimmer hat bodentiefe Türen und ein Geländer davor, ist zwar kein Balkon, aber sehr nah dran :)
Your room is part of our 3 room apartment. It is 13 m^2 big and furnished with everything you might need (bed, wardrobe and a desk). The huge windows, that open as doors, make the room bright and create a feeling really close to having a balkony (which sadly we don't have).
The kitchen holds everything you might need, we even have a dishwasher. The biggest room is used as a living-room and has the same kind of windows as your room!
Die Lage ist klasse. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der Lübecker Straße und der Uhlandstraße, bei beiden Bahnhöfen ist man in nicht mal 5 Minuten.
Neben der U3 sind die U1 und die S1 um die Ecke, sodass man wirklich überall sehr schnell hingelangt.
Zur Uni sind es mit dem Rad gerade mal 15 Minuten, in die Innenstadt sogar noch kürzer. Alternativ ist die Hamburger Meile für kleinere Besorgungen ziemlich nah dran!
In drei Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Kanal und in 10 Minuten an der Alster, sodass einem Spaziergang oder einer Joggingrunde absolut nichts entgegensteht.
Rewe ist am Ende der Straße und Aldi noch einmal 200 Meter weiter, einkaufen lässt sich also sehr gut.
The apartment is located in between two subway stops of the line U3, which will take you to all the important areas in no time. The U1 and S1 are also within walking distance, so that you are able to reach the rest of the city really quickly.
If you take the bike you'll be at the city center or at the University within 15minutes.
There is a canal within three minutes walking distance and to get to the Alster for a walk or a run you'll only need 10 minutes, so everything is quite close!
There are some supermarkets just around the corner.
Du wirst mit Leo zusammenwohnen. Wir wohnen seit April zusammen hier in der Wohnung, kennen uns aber schon seit der Schulzeit.
Mich verschlägt es nun für drei Monate nach Berlin, sodass mein Zimmer frei wird.
Durch das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer gestaltet sich das Zusammenleben sehr entspannt, Leo ist bei Spieleabenden gerne dabei und ein sehr aufmerksamer Mitbewohner. Gern mal für einen Kaffee zu haben und auch mal für ein Bier oder gemeinsames Kochen:)
Die Mischung aus Wohnzimmer und eigenem Zimmer führt dazu, dass man sich auch sehr gut mal zurückziehen kann.
Gesucht wird ein*e entspannte Mitbewohner*in für diese Zeit :)

As I'm moving out for three months, you'll be living with Leo. We've been living together since April and he's honestly a super relaxed roommate.
He's always up for a coffee, a beer or some boardgames, but since we have the living-room to share there is also plenty of space for each person to do their own thing.
