My flatmate is leaving a room by the 1 of december for holidays and we are searching for someone to fill the spot. It’s 440€ (all included), it has 15 m2 and it’s located close to Wartenau station. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and small garden.
The flat is completely furnished, and the room has a bed, a desk with a chair and a big drawer. It also has a big window and has a lot of light during the day, and the area is so relaxed.
I like to do live in the flat and we would like to find a friend rather than just a flatmate. I work from home during the week, and in weekends i spend time with friends, going out or just chilling having drinks. There is also a little Chihuahua living in the flat, he is very relaxed and quiet.
The flat is located in Wartenau station. We have all supermarkets close (Aldi, Edeka, Budni, Penny, Lidl and Rewe) also really close to the city center and to the alster.
So nice area in a pedestrian street and from the window you can see a private garden.
