Nettes Zimmer mit Blick in eine grüne Flache, hell, gut gechnitten und mega-ruhig. Das Zimmer hat Bett, Regale, Stehlampe, und kleiner Schrank, nierentisch, nachtisch und zwei Eck-Sofas. Die Einrichtung kannst du gerne nach deinem Geschmack wechseln.
Die Wohnung liegt bis zum Horner Renbahn U-bahn 5min mit dem Fahrrad. Leider gibt es bis zum Jahr 2026 Bauarbeiten auf der Manshardtstraße wegen der U4 Verlängerung, deswegen nimmt der Bus von Horner Rennbahn einen Umweg und man braucht ein bißchen mehr Zeit bis zu Hause (circa 7 min). Bus Haltestelle liegt 1 minute von der Wohhung entfernt (Danneralle).
Es sind genügend Parkplätzevorhanden.
Bis zur Hauptbahnhof 12 min. mit der Bahn (Horner Rennbahn.(Nur 5 Haltestellen)
Als Mitbewohner bin ich nett und locker und entspannt (solange gewisse Grundregeln eingehalten werden wie z.B. Sauberkeitt), selbst eher ruhig, bin aber empfindlich bei Lautstärke und Ähnlichem, (entspannende und lockere atmosphäre).
Zu mir selbst:
Ich komme aus Spanien, arbeite als Kameramann mit Interesse an Bücher, Natur und Sprache. Offener und toleranter Mensch.
