Schönes WG-Zimmer mit sehr guter Verkehrs-Anbindung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut super! Ein Bus fährt direkt von der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite und auch die U-Bahn ist nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Dort kannst Du mit der U2 oder U4 im Minutentakt Richtung Zentrum fahren, welches Du in nur 10 Minuten mit der Bahn erreichst.

Rewe oder Penny erreichst Du ebenfalls in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Außerdem gibt es direkt um die Ecke eine tolle Pizzeria, mit Rabatten für Selbstabholer ;)

Wenn Du außerdem Lust auf einen kleinen Spaziergang in der Nähe hast, kannst Du die Grünanlage Horner Rennbahn in ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.

The location of the apartment is absolutely great! A bus runs directly from the opposite side of the street and also the subway is only about 5 minutes walk away. There you can take the U2 or U4 every minute towards the center, which you can reach in only 10 minutes by train.

Rewe or Penny can also be reached in just a few minutes on foot. In addition, there is a great pizzeria right around the corner, with discounts for self-pickup ;)

If you also feel like a little walk nearby, you can reach the green space Horner Rennbahn in about 6 minutes on foot.

In der WG wohnen Ana (30 Jahre) und Deetje (19 Jahre). Wir unternehmen gerne was zusammen und da wir alle nicht ursprünglich aus Hamburg sind, erkunden wir des Öfteren neue Restaurants, Bars oder andere Locations, um immer mal wieder was Neues zu kennenzulernen. Das WG-Leben ist auch ansonsten sehr entspannt, man trifft sich gerne mal zum Quatschen oder für einen Filmabend, aber jeder hat auch genug Zeit und Ruhe für sich. Am besten lernst Du die beiden ganz entspannt bei einem Treffen oder Video-Call selber kennen. :)

Ana kommt übrigens aus Brasilien und lernt gerade etwas Deutsch. Wir reden aber hauptsächlich auf Englisch miteinander, deswegen sollte das für Dich kein Problem sein.

Ana (30 years) and Deetje (19 years) live in the shared flat. We like to do things together and since we are not all originally from Hamburg, we often explore new restaurants, bars or other locations to get to know something new. The WG life is also very relaxed, we like to meet for a chat or a movie night, but everyone has enough time and peace for themselves. The best way to get to know them is to meet them or make a video call. :)

By the way, Ana comes from Brazil and is just learning some German. But we mainly talk to each other in English, so that should not be a problem for you.

In der Pauschalmiete ist bereits alles mit inbegriffen, sodass Du Dich um nichts weiter kümmern musst - das Einzige was alle 3 Monate noch on top kommt, sind die GEZ-Gebühren in Höhe von 17,50€ (für jeden). Wir haben einen super Internet-Anschluss und sind auch ansonsten schon sehr gut mit Alltags-Geräten ausgestattet.

Aktuell befindet sich eine Baustelle am Haus gegenüber und auf unserem Innenhof - diese wird aber voraussichtlich bis Ende des Jahres abgeschlossen sein.

Everything is already included in the all-inclusive rent, so you don't have to worry about anything else - the only thing that comes on top every 3 months are the GEZ fees of 17,50€ (for everyone). We have a super Internet connection and are also otherwise already very well equipped with everyday devices.

Currently there is a construction site on the house across the street and on our courtyard - but this is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
