Das Zimmer hat 17,5 qm. Es ist ein Eckzimmer und sehr hell. Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock, das Haus ist ein (nicht sanierter) Altbau.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Marktstraße, die U3 (Feldstraße) und U2 (Messehallen) sind in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, außerdem die Busse 3 und 6.
Ich heiße Ulrike und bin gerade 50 geworden. Ich suche eineN WochenendfahrerIn/PendlerIn. Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht leider beruflich bedingt nach Bayern, deshalb wird das Zimmer frei. Ich selbst pendele sozusagen auch: Ich bin in der Woche tagsüber zum Arbeiten in der Wohnung, übernachte aber nicht immer dort, sondern meist nur von Donnerstag bis Sonntag.
