Ich bin hauptberuflich Erzieherin (23 Std. pro Woche, Vorschule) und unterrichte nebenbei Kinder-Yoga und Tanz. Das Zimmer ist frei, da meine 20jährige Tochter ausgezogen ist. Es ist 12qm groß, ruhig, hell und hat Zentralheizung. Das Haus ist ein Rotklinkerhaus aus den Fünfzigern, original 50iger Küche, Vollbad. In der 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, von denen zwei ich bewohne, gibt es eine kleine schwarze Katze.
Relativ ruhige Lage, Lokstedt/Eppendorf, ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß vom Universitäts-Krankenhaus Eppendorf (UKE) entfernt. Bus-Linien 5 und 20/25 sind 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Gut Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, u. a. in der Hoheluftchaussee.
Mein Angebot richtet sich ausschließlich an Frauen. Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnernerin, auch gern (aber nicht zwingend) reiferen Alters, die wie ich kreativ ist, dabei aber auch verantwortungsbewusst und ordentlich. [Kreativität und Chaos gehen ja zuweilen Hand in Hand. ;-)]. Ich freue mich z. B. , wenn die Küche nach dem Kochen sauber hinterlassen wird. Gute Kommunikation und Empathie sind mir wichtig. Ich bin sehr an Sport interessiert, unterrichte auch Yoga, Kinderyoga und Tanz. Da Zimmer ist möbliert und auch gut für WE-Pendler geeignet.
Das Zimmer ist gestrichen und möbliert (schönes Bett, Kiefernschrank usw.).
