Das Zimmer ist 29m2 groß und befindet sich in einer 110m2 großen Dachgeschosswohnung.
Es ist voll möbliert. Das Zimmer ist hell und freundlich, hat einen schönen Balkon und einen Kamin, der wohlige Wärme zaubert.
In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was du brauchst, du darfst aber natürlich auch Sachen mitbringen.
Das Badezimmer ist groß, ausgestattet mit Dusche, Wanne und 2 Waschbecken.
Waschkeller vorhanden. Garten darf natürlich genutzt werden.
Das Zimmer wird nur an eine Einzelperson vermietet da die wg sonst zu voll wird.

Das Haus liegt im Stadtteil Lurup, an der Grenze zu Bahrenfeld in einer Wohnsiedlung und daher eher ruhig. Busverbindung ist super, man kommt in alle Richtungen Hamburgs von hier. Reine Fahrzeit in die City ca. 22 Minuten.
Perfekt für Leute, die Nahe Bahrenfeld Trabrennbahn arbeiten!
Der Eckhoffplatz ist in 7 Minuten erreichbar, hier gibt es ein Ärztehaus, Einkaufszentrum, Cafes, einen Markt, Restaurants,etc. Lidl, Aldi,real oder Kaufland in 10 Gehmituen erreichbar. Die Elbe ist in ca. einer halben Stunde erreichbar. S-Bahn Stationen in der Nähe sind Elbgaustraße, Stellingen, Othmarschen, Altona.

Within walking distance you can reach doctors, malls, restaurants, grocery stores as Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, real.
Die Gesamtmiete inklusive Strom, Wasser und Internet ist € 550,00. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Diese kann mitbenutzt werden, wird aber extra abgerechnet.
Der Garten darf mitbenutzt werden, allerdings wird dann auch erwartet, dass du mal mit anpackst, z. B. Rasen mähen oder im Herbst Auffahrt fegen, etc.
Die Wohnung hat 4 möblierte Zimmer wobei nur 3 vermietet werden. Das 4. kann evtl. für ein paar Tage für Freunde und Verwandte, die zu Besuch kommen, vermietet werden.
Es gibt einen festen Putzplan. Die WG ist eher für ruhige und saubere Menschen geeignet.

The flat has 4 furnished rooms, only 3 are rented, the last one can be rented for a few days for friends or family visiting.
Bin per Telefon gut erreichbar, antworte aber auch sehr schnell auf Mails!
