- It is near the central station of a big City so you might see homeless people on your way from the flat to Central Station
- In the entrance and the elevator of the building are graffiti which gives the House an alternative urban charm that not everybody likes :D
- You should do your part in keeping the common-areas clean since there is no Housemaid ;)

The flat is as central as it gets - you can walk from the flat to central station or to the city-center (Rathaus/Hafen-City) in 10 minutes :)
Unser Wohnzimmer ist die Küche und wir kochen auch ab und zu mal was zusammen :)
