Möbliertes Apartment-Zimmer mit eigener Pantry-Küche innerhalb einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, von der beide Zimmer einzeln vermietet werden. Die Wohnung ist nur 200m vom S-Bahnhof Neu Wulmstorf entfernt (Großbereich HVV / Ringe AB). Die Miete ist warm und pauschal, da kommt nichts mehr dazu, außer der Kaution.
Neu Wulmstorf ist eine große, friedliche Gemeinde (mit seinen gut 20.000 Einwohnern eigentlich schon eine Kleinstadt) und begehrtes Wohngebiet am südwestlichen Stadtrand von Hamburg. Mit der S-Bahn sind es ca. 35 min zum Hamburger Hauptbahnhof, 20 min nach Hamburg-Harburg oder 5 min nach Buxtehude. Airbus (Finkenwerder) ist mit dem Auto in 15 min zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer hat Laminat-Fußboden, ein Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Esstisch und Stühle. Eine DSL-Flatrate ist inklusive. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 1997 erbauten Mehrfamilienhaus an der zentralen Einkaufsstraße von Neu Wulmstorf (Bahnhofstraße) und nur 200m vom S-Bahnhof entfernt. Ein Rewe-Markt ist gleich über die Straße, aber auch alles andere, was man so braucht, ist in der Bahnhofstraße zu finden.
Das andere Zimmer hat eine eigene Küche, sodass man sich nur das Bad teilen muss. Deine Mitbewohnerin wäre Nilu (weiblich, 24, studiert and der TUHH).
Das Bad ist ein Tageslicht-Duschbad und dort ist auch die Waschmaschine.

I am offering here an apartment room within in shared flat. The room has it’s own kitchen. The other room also has it's own kitchen, so you just have to share the bathroom with your flatmate.

Neu Wulmstorf is a nice big village in the south of Hamburg, but still inside the normal public transport area of Hamburg. The S-Bahn-Station Neu Wulmstorf is just 200m away (4 minutes walk). By train it takes 20 minutes to Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) and 35 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
All kinds of shops and amenities you can find nearby.
Your flatmate will be Nilu (female, 24, studying at TUHH).
