Big room with windows to east and south. All furniture is provided to make this pleasent and convenient.
New kitchen and bathroom. The house as a very big porch and the garden can be used as well. Pick an apple from one of the many fruit trees to take along as a snack when leaving the house.
5 minutes walk to the next bus stop or 15 minutes to metro Niendorf Nord. Grocery and other shopping as well as services in Niendorf Nord or just 10 minutes by bike at Niendorf Markt. 30 Minutes to Hamburg Downtown, including university area. Niendorf is at the edge of the city, so plenty of green and area for recreation and enjoying nature around.
This is a new shared appartment and we are looking to find a good fit of people, students, language teachers, interns and young professionals from different countries to create an interesting atmosphere. I live next door with my family and we are looking forward to give you a good start in Hamburg .

Ideally you come for a guest term to study in Hamburg or you work at a school nearby. A traditional german bakery is close by for fresh bread rolls in the morning. Walking distance to several of the schools you might work at. The local sports club has its facilities nearby
