Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit zwei großen Fenstern und hohem Dach. Die Fenster blicken auf eine sehr ruhige und wenig befahrene Straße. Viel Tageslicht.
Very spacious room, with two big windows and a high roof. Windows look at a very quietand not bussy street. A lot of daylight.
Ottensen ist ein sehr ruhiger Stadtteil mit viel Leben und einer sehr schönen Atmosphäre, guten Restaurants und Cafés. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Einkaufszentrum „Mercado“. Weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Altona HBF.
Ottensen is a very quiet neighborhood with a lot of life and a very nice atmosphere, good restaurants and cafes. 5 Minutes walk to comercial center "Mercado". Less than 10 minutes walk to Altona Main Station.
Ich bin Spanierin und komme aus Mallorca. Ich arbeite bei E.ON im IT-Bereich. Ich treibe viel Sport und koche gerne. Ich versuche, gesund zu leben, ich gehe kaum feiern. Lieber ins Restaurant gehen und draußen frühstücken.
Ich miete den Salon (als Schlafzimmer), damit unser Gemeinschaftsraum die Küche und das Badezimmer ist.
Ich kümmere mich um meine eigenen Angelegenheiten und bin sehr locker. Hoffe du auch :)
Ich verbringe auch einige Zeit in Spanien, da ich von dort aus arbeiten kann.
Der Grund, warum ich ein Zimmer miete, ist, dass ich gerade ein Baugrundstück auf Mallorca gekauft habe. Da ich jetzt etwas Geld sparen muss, möchte ich mich an den Kosten für meine Mietwohnung hier in Hamburg beteiligen. Ich habe vom Vermieter die Erlaubnis erhalten, einen Teil der Wohnung für einen Zeitraum von maximal 1,5 Jahren zu vermieten.
Ich suche jemanden, der einen festen Job hat, unkompliziert ist und zielstrebig ist. Bitte kein Partylöwe und keine Pärchen.
Wenn du Interesse hast, kontaktiert mich bitte, es ist eine sehr gemütliche und schöne Wohnung. Es ist auch wichtig, ein bisschen zu plaudern und ein Gefühl füreinander zu bekommen, um zu sehen, ob wir glauben, dass wir die Wohnung in Harmonie teilen können.

I am Spanish, from Mallorca. I work at E.ON in IT. I do a lot of sports and like cooking. I try to live healthy, I barely go out party. Rather go restaurants and breakfst outside.
I am renting the salon (As a sleeping room) so our common space would be the kitchen and bathroom.
I mind my own business and I am very easy going. Hope you too :)

The reason why I rent a room is because I just bought a bulding plot in Mallorca. I now need to save some money, I would therefore like to share the cost of my rent appartment here in Hamburg. I got permission from the land lord to rent part of the appartment for a maximun period of 1,5 years.
I am looking for somebody who has a fix job, its easy going and is foccussed. Please no party animal and no couples.
