Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank.
Wir haben einen kleinen Balkon, der von meinem Zimmer abgeht. Du kannst ihn aber nutzen, wenn ich nicht da bin.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, du brauchst also nur deinen Lieblingsbecher mitzubringen :)

The room is fully furnished with bed, desk and closet.
We have a small balcony off my room. But you can use it when I am not there.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so you just need to bring your favorite mug :)

An der Grenze zwischen Ottensen und Bahrenfeld befindet sich diese Wohnung im 4.Stock.
Hinter dem Haus ist leider eine Baustelle. Wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist, kann man sie tagsüber hören.
Ottensen zeichnet sich durch seine vielen Bars, Restaurants und einer lebendigen Atmosphäre aus. Der Elbstrand ist mit dem Fahrrad 10 Min. entfernt, zur nächsten S-Bahnhaltestelle geht man 10 Min zu Fuß. Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle sind um die Ecke, verschiedene Biomärkte sind auch fußläufig erreichbar.

Behind the house is unfortunately a construction site. If the window is open, you can hear it during the day.
Ottensen is characterized by its many bars, restaurants and a lively atmosphere. The Elbe beach is 10 min away by bike, to the nearest S-Bahn stop you walk 10 min. Supermarket and bus stop are around the corner, various organic markets are also within walking distance.
Du wirst mit mir (56 J., WG-Erfahren und Sporttherapeutin) und für ca zwei Wochen auch mit meinem Sohn (15 Jahre, viel in seinem Zimmer, umgänglich) zusammen wohnen.
Die eigentliche Bewohnerin des Zimmers ist im Urlaub.
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn du Basics übernimmst, wie das Badezimmer im Wechsel mit mir zu putzen und dein Geschirr wegzuräumen etc. In Der Küche ist auch Platz um Zeit miteinander zu verbringen, aber das ist kein Muss. Jedem wie er*sie es mag.
