Moin liebe WG Suchende und Willkommen in der Friedensallee!
Ich suche eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für dieses schöne, ruhige, helle und teilweise möbiliertes Zimmer in einer geräumigen 3er WG für den Zeitraum Februar - März 2022.
Zur WG gehören außerdem eine helle Küche, ein Flur und ein Bad. Für das 3. Zimmer werde ich ebenfalls eine*n Untermiter*in suchen. Die Wohnung hat eine Dusche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, voll-ausgestattete Küche und einen Staubsaugerroboter.
Das Zimmer misst circa 20m². Es wurde bislang als Wohnzimmer genutzt. Im Zimmer steht ein Sofa, ein Fernseher, ein Sessel, eine Truhe, ein Esstisch und ein Sideboard. Je nach Bedarf kannst du die Möbel nutzen oder ich kann Teile oder alle Möbel auch in unseren Keller stellen. Ihr merkt allerdings: Es fehlt ein Bett. Es wäre also super, wenn du ein Bett / Matratze mitbringst oder wenn wir gemeinsam im Vorwege eines besorgen.
Das Zimmer hat einen angebundenen Balkon mit großer Fenstertür zur Ostseite ist daher schön hell. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Hinterhof, Straßenlärm ist also im Zimmer kaum zu hören. Gegenüber ist eine Baustelle, es ist noch nicht absehbar, ob diese im Februar noch da ist, es kann aber sein dass man manchmal etwas Baustellengeräusche mitbekommt.
Das Zimmer wird frei, weil meine Freundin für 2-3 Monate ins Ausland geht.
Alles weitere können wir gerne auch in Ruhe besprechen.

Dear flat-share seekers and welcome to Friedensallee!
I am looking for an interim tenant for this beautiful, quiet, bright and partially furnished room in a spacious 3-person shared apartment for the period February - March 2022.
The WG also includes a bright kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom. For the 3rd room I will also look for a*n Untermiter*in. The apartment has a shower, washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen and a vacuum cleaner robot.
The room measures about 20m². It has been used as a living room so far. In the room there is a sofa, a TV, an armchair, a chest, a dining table and a sideboard. Depending on your needs you can use the furniture or I can put parts or all of the furniture in our basement. However, you notice that there is a bed missing. So it would be great if you bring a bed / mattress or if we get one together in advance.
The room has an attached balcony with large French doors to the east side is therefore nice and bright. The house is located in a backyard, so street noise is hardly heard in the room. Opposite is a construction site, it is not yet foreseeable whether this is still there in February, but it may be that you sometimes hear some construction noise.
The room is free because my girlfriend goes abroad for 2-3 months.
Everything else we can discuss with pleasure also in peace.
Die Lage ist super, auf der Grenze zwischen Ottensen und Bahrenfeld direkt an der S-Bahn Station Bahrenfeld (1 Minute Fußweg). Im Umkreis gibt es alles fußläufig, was man benötigt: große Supermärkte, Discounter, Bio-Märkte, Friseur*Innen, und und und. Altona Innenstadt und Ottensen mit seinen vielen Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und Läden ist 15 Minuten fußläufig oder 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

The location is great, on the border between Ottensen and Bahrenfeld directly at the S-Bahn station Bahrenfeld (1 minute walk). Within walking distance there is everything you need: large supermarkets, discounters, organic markets, hairdressers, and and and. Altona city center and Ottensen with its many bars, cafes, restaurants and stores is 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bike.
Du wirst mit mir zusammen wohnen. Ich bin Moritz, 28 Jahre alt, komme frisch vom Studium und wohne und arbeite jetzt hier in Hamburg als Projektmanager. Tagsüber arbeite ich meistens aus dem Homeoffice, kann aber auch jederzeit ins nahegelegene Büro gehen. Abends, am Wochenende und in wohlverdienten Pausen koche und backe ich oft (überwiegend vegan), mache Sport, spiele Theater, fahre Fahrrad und gehe sehr gerne aus in die schönen Kneipen, Cafés und Restaurants Hamburgs. Außerdem bin ich politisch aktivund engagiere mich in unterschiedlichen Initiativen, sofern ich dafür Zeit finde.
Vermutlich wird ein weiterer Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin in das 3. Zimmer einziehen, hier habe ich allerdings noch nicht angefangen zu suchen.
Das WG-Leben können wir zusammen gestalten. Ich freue mich, wenn wir uns anfreunden und zusammen Dinge unternehmen, habe aber auch kein Problem damit, wenn du wie ich auch manchmal deine Ruhe brauchst. Du solltest ein ungefähres Verständnis von Ordnung und Sauberkeit haben und keine täglichen Klavierkonzerte planen ;-) Ansonsten freue ich mich über gemeinsame Grillabende, WG-Umtrunke, Filme-Abende, Spiele-Nachmittage oder was auch immer sich ergibt.

You live with me, Moritz. I'm 28 years old, fresh out of university and now live and work here in Hamburg as a project manager. During the day I mostly work from my home office, but I can also go to the nearby office at any time. In the evenings, on weekends and during well-deserved breaks I often cook and bake (mostly vegan), do sports, play theater, ride my bike and love to go out to the nice pubs, cafes and restaurants of Hamburg. I am also politically active and get involved in various initiatives, if I can find the time.
Probably another roommate will move into the 3rd room, but I haven't started looking here yet.
We can organize the WG-life together. I am happy if we make friends and do things together, but I also have no problem if you, like me, sometimes need your peace and quiet. You should have a rough understanding of order and cleanliness and not plan daily piano concerts ;-) Otherwise, I am happy about joint barbecues, WG Umtrunke, games afternoons or whatever arises.
