Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer in einer schönen Altbau-Wohnung, mit Holzdielen, zwei Balkonen, Badewanne. Das Zimmer sowie die Wohnung sind komplett eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine, W-Lan und auf Wunsch auch einen Fernseher. Es ist eine zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung mit großer gemütlicher Wohnküche. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit einer Mischung aus Antik, Midcentury und Modern (Ikea). Ich habe Kunst studiert das spiegelt sich in der Gestaltung der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Planckstr., nicht weit zum Altonaer Bahnhof, Busverbindung zwei Minuten entfernt und in Kürze mit eigenem S-Bahn-Station gleich um die Ecke. Die Straße ist ruhig und mit fast durchgehendem Altbaubestand und gesäumt von Bäumen. Nur ein paar Schritte vom Ottensener Leben entfernt.
Die meiste Zeit wirst du die Wohnung alleine nutzen, da ich nur wenige Tage in der Woche vor Ort bin. Ich bin berufstätig und verbinde die halbe Woche im Hamburgre Westen, am Wochenende bin ich meistens in meiner Datscha.
