Wir suchen für unsere 5er WG an der Reeperbahn eine/n neue/n MitbewohnerIn. Zur Zeit wohnen hier zwei Deutsche, zwei Französinnen und ein Italiener. Wir sprechen aktuell französisch, englisch, deutsch und spanisch in der WG also wäre es super zumindest zwei dieser Sprachen beherrschen würdest. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und kochen, sitzen und spielen gerne zusammen. Wir gehen auch regelmäßig gemeinsam und weiteren Freunden feiern. Dadurch lernt man schnell viele unterschiedliche Leute kennen. Jeder hat selbstverständlich seinen Rückzugsort und jeder kennt die Bedeutung einer geschlossenen Tür. Wir sind alle aufgeschlossen, das wünschen wir uns auch von Dir.
Die beiden Französinnen ziehen leider Ende Mai aus. Eine neue Mitbewohnerin haben wir bereits gefunden, somit wird noch ein Zimmer zum 01.06.2022 frei.
Dieses Zimmer ist ca. 9m2 groß und ist mit einem Schrank, einem Regal und einem Bett eingerichtet.
Die Miete beträgt 390€ und es ist eine Kaution von 1500€ zu zahlen.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Ende der Reeperbahn gelegen. Dafür ist es relativ ruhig. Zu lärmempfindlich solltest Du trotzdem nicht sein.
We are looking for a new flatmate for our shared flat of 5 at Reeperbahn. At the moment we are two German, two French and one Italian living here. We currently speak French, English, German and Spanish in the WG so it would be great if you could speak at least one of these languages. We are flat that enjoy cooking and spending time together. We also regularly go out partying together with other friends. This way you quickly get to socialise. Of course, everyone has their own space and everyone knows the meaning of a closed door. We are all open-minded, we hope the same for you.
The two French girls are unfortunately moving out at the end of May. We have already found one new roommate, so there is one more room available from 01.06.2022.
This room is about 9m2 and is furnished with a wardrobe, a shelf rack and a bed.
The rent is 390€ and there is a deposit of 1500€ to pay.
The apartment is located directly at the end of the Reeperbahn. Therefore it is relatively quiet. Nevertheless, you should not be too sensitive to noise.
Der Eingang zur S-Bahn-Station Reeperbahn ist ca. 10 Meter von der Haustür entfernt, sowie Bushaltestellen in alle Richtungen sind direkt vor der Tür.
Ikea ist in 8 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Penny, Lidl etc. liegen auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Friseur, Reinigung, Dönerbude und Kiosk sind schräg unterhalb der Wohnung.
The entrance to the S-Bahn station Reeperbahn is about 10 meters from the front door, as well as bus stops in all directions.
Ikea can be reached in 8 minutes by foot. Penny, Lidl etc. are on the opposite side of the street. Hairdresser, dry cleaner, kebab shop and kiosk are directly below the apartment
