Idyllisch gelegen im Speckgürtel Hamburgs liegt das Städtchen Reinbek.
(Die WG-gesucht-Karte zeigt das manchmal falsch an. Hier aber:

Reinbek ist zwar ein bisschen außerhalb, aber top angebunden. Die S-Bahn fährt von Reinbek 27 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof (23min bis Berliner Tor) aber die Fahrt ist entspannt (man hat immer n Sitzplatz) und sogar ganz hübsch. Und der Bus zur S-Bahn (5min) fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab. Ansonsten biste in 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit dem Rad am Bahnhof Reinbek.
Für den täglichen Lebensmittelbedarf findest du hier alles. Direkt nebenan ist ein Tante-Emma-Laden und eine Ladenzeile mit Bäcker, Kiosk, Süßwarenladen. Außerdem gibts in Reinbek fast alle großen Supermarktketten. Hier bleiben keine Konsumwünsche unerfüllt.

it's 30min to HH-Berliner Tor (S-Bahn takes 23min and to the station it's 5min by bike or bus; bus leaves right in front of the house).
the neighborhood itself is cute but of course not as hip as the Schanze etc. - supermarkets, cafes, banks, restaurants, a public library, a big swimming pool and sports center etc. are all super closeby.
you can get to/from Hamburg city easily until 0.45 at night (and from 4.30 onwards), afterwards it's still possible on the weekend but a bit of a hassle (night bus from Bergedorf).
Ausser dir wohnen hier:
Abdullah: Studiert an der HAW in Bergedorf, und arbeitet 2 Tage/Woche als Werkstudent.
Fabian: Postdoc in Politik, aber arbeitet von zu Hause.
Im OG wohnt eine Familie aus der Ukraine, Sascha, Tanja und ihr Sohn Yegor (11 Jahre). Sie sind sehr rücksichtsvoll, und freundlich. Wir teilen die Eingangstür und die Waschmaschine. Es funktioniert problemlos; mitterweile sprechen Tanja und Yegor auch ganz gut deutsch, und sie sind all sehr freundlich und rücksichtsvoll.
Sachen die hier gemacht werden:
Filme schauen im "Kino" im Keller; Handwerken, das Haus Instandhalten und gestalten; lekka kochön; deepe Konversationen; seichte Konversationen; schweigen; abhängen; Brettspiele; und einiges mehr.

You could be living with:
Abdullah (student at HAW) and Fabian (postdoc, works from home).
Apart from us there is a Ukrainian family living on the first floor. they go in and out of the house through our hallway. they dont speak English, but they are very considerate, friendly people, and google translate helps if needed... so no problem there.
Activities the people here like and pursue:
Watching movies in the little "cinema" in the basement; DIY-Stuff, taking care of the house; cooking; deep conversations; shallow conversations; silence; etc..
Die Miete von 320 Euro ist inklusive Nebenkosten wie Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet, (exklusive GEZ), aber beachte, dass es sich um eine Nebenkostenvorauszahlung handelt. Das heißt, wenn unser Verbrauch höher oder niedriger liegt, dann gibt es eine Nach- oder Rückzahlung.
Falls dir das alles so zusagt, und du für ein Leben ein bisschen außerhalb der Innenstadt bereit bist, schreib uns an!
Wir bekommen sehr viele Anfragen. Allerdings lesen manche unsere Anzeige gar nicht richtig und senden uns nur einen Standardtext. Damit wir sehen können, dass das bei dir anders ist, komponier deine Anfrage doch bitte in etwa so:
1. Ab wann genau und für wie lange du das zimmer mieten möchtest
2. Warum es für dich kein Problem ist, etwas außerhalb zu wohnen
3. Wer du so bist, was du magst, etc.. hier kannst du einfach deinen standardtext einfügen - kein problem ;)
Und falls du kein Profilfoto hast, wäre es toll, wenn du ein Foto mitschicken würdest.

PS: die Straße (Auf dem großen Ruhm) stimmt nicht, eigentlich wohnen wir im Mühlenredder, aber es gibt zwei Mühlenredder gibt, und die WG-Gesucht-Karte zeigt sonst etwas Falsches an.
