Hello Flatmate(s) for Two Rooms Near Hamburg Blankenese,
You have two rooms to your disposal: one bedroom and your own big living room in a sunny 90qm appartment including an own sunny balcony. You will have internet and wireless and there is a tv as well. You can also use the washing machiner. Since you will be with a female flatmate this room is therefore only to femal applicants. You can also rent the rooms as a couple, but only one person can have Anmeldung here.
Its a nice and quiet area, full of nature, only two minutes to the metro station, it takes 22 minutes by train to Altona and Ottensen or 30 min. to St. Pauli, to University and Hamburg City. You live in a very green and quiet area, close to the Elbe river (15 min. walk) and a nice park and forrests are very close and ideal for jogging. It´s a nice and relaxing stay and perfect for a healthy and sportive people. The flat is very sunny with big windows!
I will most of time not be there and you will be with your freindly flatmate. We are in comtact online and i will be around a few weeks a year, as it suits our timings and work-llive-vacation rythm. It always depends on ones interests. You should be a person who likes it clean and cosey.
