Das 19 qm Zimmer ist sehr hell und nach Osten ausgerichtet. Es ist mit sehr hochwertigen neuen Möbeln ausgestattet und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Dazu gehört eine kleine Küche und ein Bad, die sehr gut ausgestattet sind. Dazu gehören eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine, eine Dusche, eine Badewanne, eine Mikrowelle und ein Ofen. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3er WG im 4. Stock eines Reihenhauses.
The bright 19 sqm room has windows towards the east, so you have nice sunlight every morning. It is furnished with modern furniture. In addition to the room, there is a nice little kitchen and a bathroom which you can use. Both are well equipped, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a shower connected with a bath tub, a microwave and an oven.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zur S-Bahn Rothenburgsort geht man zu Fuß knappe 5 Minuten. Die S21 braucht 3 Minuten zum Berliner Tor, und nur 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man zum Beispiel auf der Schanze. Es gibt genügend Parkmöglichkeiten, da die Umgebung eher ruhig ist und wenn man einkaufen möchte kann man von 3 Supermärkten auswählen: Penny (5 Minuten Fußweg), Aldi (8-10 Minuten Fußweg) und Lidl (15 Minuten Fußweg).
It is well located. It only takes you 5 minutes to the S-Bahn and the S21 takes you within 3 minutes to Berliner Tor, within 5 minutes to central station and even within 15 minutes you find yourself on the Schanze. There are a lot of parking options as well. Furthermore, you can choose from 3 supermarkets, where to buy your groceries. Penny is within 5 minutes of reach, Aldi within 8-10 minutes of reach and Lidl is within 15 minutes of reach.
Wir sind eine ordentliche und saubere WG. Deine 2 neuen Mitbewohner (männlich und weiblich) studieren an der Uni Hamburg und sind beide sehr nett, offen und hilfsbereit. Sie sind für tolle Gespräche nach der Uni zu haben, aber lassen Dich auch in Ruhe, wenn Du mal Zeit für dich benötigst.
You're potential 2 new flatmates (1 male and 1 female) study at the University of Hamburg and are both very kind and open minded. They are always there for a nice talk after uni and of course if you need your time, they give you the space you need.
