an alle Hamburger*innen oder die, die es werden wollen. Wir gründen einen neue WG direkt neben der Uni. Uns ist wichtig, dass Du weltoffen bist, Englisch sprichst und Lust auf ein bisschen Gemeinschaft hast wie z.B z.B Kochen oder einen Filmeabend. Einfach, dass mehr voneinander weiß als den Vornamen. :)
Anbei die Facts:
Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau bestehend aus folgenden Zimmern:
Gemeinschaftsküche mit Pantry
Gemeinschaftsbad
Gemeinschaftswc
WG Zimmer 1 - ca. 18,5 m² (nicht funktionsfähiger Kamin)
WG Zimmer 2 - ca. 16,7 m² + Zugang zum ca. 3,5 m² großes Balkon
WG Zimmer 3 - ca. 13 m²
WG Zimmer 4 - ca. 9 m²
Geflieste Bäder, kratzfester PVC in der Küche und Pitch Pine Holzfußboden in den restlichen Räumen.
Die Wände werden vor Einzug noch weiß gestrichen.
Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Waschmaschine vorhanden und kann genutzt werden.
Stauraum in Keller vorhanden.
Der Ofen auf dem Bild ist nicht angeschlossen und kann somit nicht genutzt werden.

Tiled bathrooms, scratch resistant PVC in the kitchen and Pitch Pine wood flooring in the rest of the rooms.
Walls will be painted white before moving in.
Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven and washing machine available and can be used.
Storage space in basement available.
The oven in the picture is not connected and can therefore not be used.

Am Grindel gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt Supermärkte (Edeka, 2x Netto, Edeka), Restaurants, Kiosk, Kino usw.
Zur einen Seite wird es schicker Richtung Rotherbaum, zu anderen Seite Hip in der Schanze oder Karoviertel
Kurz am Fensehturm vorbei und schon ist man im Park Planten & Bloomen.
Bis zur Alster oder zum Kiez sind es ca. 20 min Fußweg
Es handelt sich um eine WG Neugründung.
