I‘m offering my very spacious room for rent (for 1 month) from the 1st of April till 1st of May.
The room is super bright through it‘s 4 big windows.
Important to mention is that the room is facing a very busy main street (so the room is perfect for people that like to live right at the heartbeat of a city and don’t mind street noises).
As I mentioned already, the room is quite BIG (20spm) it has a 140cm x 200cm sized bed, a comfy Couch, big flat TV and enough space for your cloth.

ich biete hier mein geräumiges Zimmer für den Zeitraum vom 1.April bis 1.Mai 2024 zur Untermiete an.
Das Zimmer ist SEHR hell, dank der 4 großen Fenster.
Wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass das Zimmer nach vorne zu einer 6 spurigen Strasse geht und somit recht geräuschvoll ist (also wirklich nur was für Menschen denen das nichts ausmacht und gerne am Puls der Stadt leben).
Wie schon erwähnt is das Zimmer recht groß (20qm), es hat ein 1,40m x 2m großes Bett, eine bequeme Couch, großen 59“ Flat TV inklusive NETFLIX, PRIME & DISNEY+ (also genug Unterhaltung bis zum abwinken wenn es draußen kalt und ungemütlich ist) und es gibt genug Platz für deine Klamotten.
The location of the flat is very lively and super central!
You could walk to any main district of the city (if you would want too).
It‘s settled in between the Hamburg University and the beautiful Botanical Garden PLANTEN un BLOMEN.
A Bus Stop is right in front of the door (Line 4 & 5 and Night Line 604) that leads through the main centre (Dammtor BHF, Stephansplatz, Jungfernstieg, Rathaus, Hamburg HBF).
You have 1xREWE 1xEDEKA + 2xNETTO (in total 4 Grocery Stores), 1xBUDNI (Drugstore), several Bakeries and plenty of Bars and Restaurants right to your doorstep and one of the most charismatic and oldest movie theatres in the city the ABATON Cinema.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist MEGA zentral!
Von hier aus kannst du quasi in alle beliebten Ecken der Stadt zu Fuß gelangen (insofern du gerne spazierst).
Die WG liegt mitten zwischen bzw. im Hamburger Unigelände und dem grünen Herz der Stadt dem Botanischen Garten PLANTEN un BLOMEN.
Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich 2 Buslinien (Linie 4 & 5 und die Nachtlinie 604) die alle durch die Hamburger Innenstadt führen (Dammtor BHF, Stephansplatz, Jungfernstieg, Rathaus, Hamburg HBF).
Es gibt direkt in unmittelbarer Umgebung 1xREWE, 1xEDEKA + 2xNETTO (insgesamt also 4 Lebensmittelgeschäfte), 1xBUDNI (Drogerie), 5 verschiedene Bäcker und jede Menge Cafés und Restaurants und sogar eines der ältesten Filmtheater der Stadt das ABATON Kino.
