The 20m2 furnished room is bright and spacious. It faces a quiet side street in the Grindelviertel on the mezzanine.
Furniture is in very good condition. There's a bed (140/200), a desk with a work chair, shelf, cupboards, commode and a bean bag with a coffee table. But if you want to bring your own furniture, some of it can be moved to the attic.
The flat has 3 shared rooms, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a hallway in the entrance area. It is a renovated old building flat with high windows and ceilings and old pitch pine floorboards and old doors.
Kitchen provides oven, dishwasher, fridge, micro wave, coffee machine and so on. In the bathroom is a washing machine and a dryer.
In the middle of the Grindelviertel, not too far away from the Uni (500m). Shops and grocery stores are all around, as well as cafés and restaurants. Public transportation is max. 5min by foot, (Bus 4/5,15; U1 Hallerstraße; S Bahn Dammtor).
1km to the Alster, good for jogging, 2km to Hauptbahnhof.

We’re a friendly, relaxed and cosmopolitan WG. We have a good cohesion, we decide together how to run the flat and we share the tasks when it comes to cleaning the common spaces (kitchen, toilet, and entrance) or home tools shopping. We are flexible and always like to be honest and clear with each other.
We like to spend time together, have dinners, doing sports or just go for a walk but of course there is nothing mandatory and everyone respects everyone else's space.
Tomás (25) is from Lisbon and works in the Westin Hotel in Hamburg in the Elbphilharmonie. He speaks Portuguese and German at a native level, and is fluent in English and have high knowledge of French and Spanish. He likes sailing, travelling and playing volleyball and enjoys having a talk over a chill beer or a glass of wine.
Nerea (26) is from Barcelona and she works in Hamburg. She speaks Spanish, English and a bit of German.
She likes meeting friends, working out and just going out as well: dinner, have a beer, party... but also to chill and watch netflix at home.
We are looking for a third flatmate between 22 and 28 years old (flexible) and would like a person who is kind, open to dialogue, friendly and who keeps his/her room and the common areas very clean and tidy.
