Das Zimmer ist ca. 16-18m2 groß und verfügt über viel Tageslicht. Neue Fenster in der ganzen Wohnung verhindern Straßenlärm, wobei selbst bei offenem Fenster kaum was zu hören ist, da die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße liegt. Das Schlafzimmer ist möbliert: 1.40m breites Bett + Matratze, 1 Kommode, 1 großer Kleiderschrank sowie Teppich, Vorhänge, Spiegel etc. Alles wurde im Jahr 2022 gekauft und muss von dem Folgemieter übernommen werden.

The room is approximately 16-18m2 and has plenty of natural light. New windows in the whole apartment prevent street noise, although hardly anything can be heard even when the window is open, since the apartment is on a quiet side street. The bedroom is furnished: 1 140cm bed (frame + mattress), 1 chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. All furnitures were bought in 2022. Other pieces include: carpet, curtains and large mirror. These will need to be purchased from me as you move into the flat.

The nearest underground station is Hallerstraße, but Schlump and Dammtor are also not far away.
Cindy ist nach 10 Jahren in Spanien wieder zurück nach Hamburg gezogen. In Spanien hat sie in verschiedenen WGs gewohnt und schöne Freundschaften fürs Leben geschlossen.
Sie mag Kunst, reist viel beruflich und privat und schätzt interessante, humorvolle Menschen mit Wissensdrang. Wenn sie zuhause ist, kocht sie gerne und sucht sich immer wieder neue "Home Improvement Projekte".
Sie schätzt Ordnung und Sauberkeit sehr. Es gibt keinen Putzplan, sondern einen Putzmann der einmal die Woche zur Grundreinigung kommt. Ansonsten macht jeder das sauber was er "dreckig" macht.
Mari, 32 kommt aus Guatemala und lernt gerade Deutsch. Sie arbeitet in der Logisticsbranche und ist erst vor Kurzem eingezogen.

Cindy moved back to Hamburg after 10 years in Spain. In Spain, Cindy lived in different shared apartments and made nice friendships for life.
Cindy likes art and travelling a lot. When she is home, she likes to cook and love to find new "home improvement projects".
Mari, 32 from Guatemala is currently learning German. She is a friend of our former roommate and works in the Logistics sector. She is an amazing cook and is a great roommate too.
They both value order and cleanliness very much. There is no cleaning schedule, but a cleaning man who comes once a week for a deep clean. The remaining days everyone cleans after themselves.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön: Stuck, Dielenboden, geräumig. Man kann in der Küche essen, aber es gibt auch ein Esszimmer zusätzlich zum Wohnzimmer. Sowohl Bäder (2) als auch die Küche sind recht neu. Zur Zeit wohnen wir zu dritt hier, aber da ich eine "bessere Hälfte" gefunden habe, ziehe ich demnächst aus.

The apartment is very, very beautiful: stucco, wooden floor, spacious. You can eat in the kitchen, but there is also a dining room in addition to the living room. Both bathrooms (2) and the kitchen are quite new.
