Hallo zusammen,
ich suche eine Person, mit der ich ab Anfang Mai (3.5.) bis Herbst 2023 die Wohnung teile. Das Auszugsdatum ist bisher recht flexibel, September bis Oktober aktuell alles möglich. Da ich die Wohnung selbst erst zum Mai beziehe, ist die aktuelle Einrichtung nicht repräsentativ und gehört meinem Vormieter. Daher weitere Fotos gerne auf Anfrage :-)
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, falls du keine Möbel besitzt, kann ich aber auch gerne bei der Beschaffung helfen. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer zur gemeinsamen Benutzung.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U-Bahnstation Lohmühlenstraße und ist ca. 7 min entfernt vom Hauptbahnhof und Berliner Tor, also alle S- und U-Bahnen super gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen zwischen Lange Reihe und Steindamm, also alles erreichbar was das Herz begehrt.
Ich bin sehr flexibel was das Zusammenwohnen angeht, alles kann, nichts muss :-)
