16 qm mit großem Fenster, neben der Küche gelegen. Bücher, Platten + Spieler, Bett, kleines Sofa stehen dir zur Verfügung.
! Achtung: Kein Schreibtisch !
Außerdem einige Sukkulenten und Zimmerpflanzen, die sich manchmal über einen Schluck Wasser freuen würden.
Den Rest zeige ich dir gerne per Zoom/Skype. Über die Mietdauer lässt sich sprechen, genauso wie über vieles andere.

Steindamm, St. Georg ist eine laute, bunte Einkaufsstraße von der wir im 4. Stock aber nichts weiter mitbekommen, sobald sich die Tür schließt. Mein Zimmer liegt zur anderen Seite raus, da liegt aber auch eine größere Straße.
Zum Hbf 5 sind es nicht mehr als 5 Min, also werden alle Richtungen in Hamburg gut erreicht.
Steindamm, St. Georg is a noisy, colourful shopping street, but we on the 4th floor don't notice anything else as soon as the door closes. My room is on the other side, but there is also a bigger street.
It's no more than 5 minutes to the main train station, so all directions in Hamburg are easily reached.
Bennie (34, im Home Office) und Lena (26) wohnen hier außerdem, beide berufstätig. Es wird gerne gekocht, der Kühlschrank beinhaltet zur Zeit keine tierischen Produkte. Das kann sich aber mit dir ändern, as you like.
